Evan Harrison 

Evan is a CrossFit athlete, weightlifter, runner, and hockey player fueled by grit, discipline, and purpose. As a police officer specializing in crisis response, Evan knows the importance of staying physically and mentally sharp. He is also a proud husband, dad, business owner, and professor—balancing high performance in all areas of life. He train hard, recover smart, and rely on top-tier hydration to keep pushing my limits.

Luke Hlavenka

Luke is a mountain bike athlete from Barrie, ON. He is a previous Ontario Elite XC champion, 24hr Summer Solstice Solo Overall winner, as well as winner of multiple stage races including the Quebec Singletrack Challenge and Crank the Shield, with podiums in American events such as the Transylvania Epic Stage Race and multiple NUE endurance races. He has spent time volunteering with his cycling club which aims at getting kids on bikes, and is a fun and energetic husband and new father. If he's not on the bike, you can find him at his day job; restoring natural wetlands across the GTA, or traversing the Killarney backcountry with his family.

 

Dave Ammerman

Dave is a canadian amatuer long drive competitor who competes in Canada and the USA.  He is currently getting ready for my 3rd season in the sport to start. Chasing that goal of hitting a ball 400 yards. He is very happy to be part of the northern hydration team!

Josh and Dan are two small-town Canadian dads dedicated to sharing the culture and lifestyle shaped by their love for adventure. Age is just a number, and they refuse to let it limit their fun! From exploring hidden trails and conquering local downhill runs to catching a buzz at breweries, they embrace every moment. Their mission is to celebrate the pure joy that riding brings. Kaitlyn Pitek

After competing as a varsity athlete, Kaitlyn transitioned to competitive CrossFit, where fitness has become a lifelong passion. As a current CrossFit and nutrition coach, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences to help others achieve their goals. Outside of the gym, she love spending time with her dog, Willie Bear, whether it’s going for a long hike or snuggling up for some quality cuddle time. 

Tyler Marsh

Growing up playing football, Tyler eventually turned to the improving of his performance on the field in the gym. It wasn’t long before fitness became his passion and he's never looked back. Tyler has competed in CrossFit both locally and internationally and has always tried to pursue the highest level of fitness he can. And for the last 7+ years he have shared his growing knowledge and years of experience with others through coaching both in person and remotely.

Crystal Bradbury

Crystal is a full-time firefighter and strength coach who knows firsthand the demands of the job—and the importance of being physically and mentally prepared for it. Her approach to training is rooted in functional strength, injury prevention, and resilience, all with a focus on performance in high-stress environments. Whether in the gym or on the front lines, she is passionate about empowering others to show up strong when it matters most.

Owen Cumming

Owen has been involved in Canadian high-performance rugby since childhood. He has represented Team British Columbia and Team Canada at the age-grade levels, while also competing for Team Quebec, the Toronto Arrows Professional Academy, and McGill University at the senior level.

Following multiple provincial and national championship appearances, semi-professional representation, and the conclusion of his university career, Owen transitioned to competing as a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu across Canada. Currently training at Leslieville BJJ, he looks forward to continuing his competitive journey while proudly representing Northern Hydration as a true crossover athlete.

Shawn Pontone

Shawn grew up playing rep hockey and baseball and was constantly training.Now in his adult years, he trains not only for profession as a police officer but also competitive CrossFit. The one thing that has stayed consistent has always been his passion for fitness. And now, being competitive, being an active duty officer, and a gym owner, hydration has become more important than ever. 

Byron Reichstein

Byron Reichstein is a baseball person but doesn't mind a round or two of golf in the sun! Currently, he plays baseball for the London Majors in the Intercounty Baseball League! He also does CrossFit year round to make sure he's ready to take on a challenging golf course or hit the long ball at the field! Whether it be in the gym, on the course or on the baseball field, you will always see him working hard and having a good time!

 



Justin Kampen

Justin began his fitness journey in traditional big box gyms, but everything changed after discovering CrossFit. Instantly drawn to the dynamic methodology and embraced by the welcoming community, CrossFit became more than just a workout—it became a way of life. With a passion for improvement and perseverance, Justin attends daily classes, competes in local events, and brings high energy to the competition floor. As an L2 CrossFit coach, Justin shares his love for fitness by helping others ignite their own spark and pursue their own goals. 

Rob Quilty

Rob is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer with a deep love for the outdoors, climbing, and mountain biking. His passion for strength and conditioning is rooted in movement, adventure, and helping others thrive. Whether it’s guiding athletes through injury recovery, building functional strength, or supporting personal fitness goals, Rob brings experience, empathy, and a performance-driven approach to every session. He’s all about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love—outside and beyond.

Amanda  Hroncok

Driven by a lifelong passion for pushing limits, Amanda is a former varsity cross country runner and rower. She's a 4th-degree black belt, and now a standout 2024 HYROX Toronto podium finisher and 5km road racer, with big goals for her upcoming season. As a CSEP-High Performance Specialist, Orangetheory Fitness Owner & Coach, and high school teacher, she brings that elite drive to inspire others daily. Amanda blends high-level athleticism with a gift for motivating and inspiring everyone she encounters.

Henry Thomas

Henry Thomas is a 15 year old Freestyle BMX Rider born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. One of Canadas top young riders, he has won competitions on both sides of the boarder. He loves to ride and hopes to one day represent Canada on the world stage! Check out his instagram @henry_bmxkid to see him in action!

Samuel Charette

Samuel is an endurance athlete from Gatineau, QC, specializing in ultra trail running and Ironman triathlons. He is passionate about exploring his limits and helping grow the endurance community through local run groups like the 6AM Run Club and Nomad du Parc. He has completed multiple ultra-distance events and is currently training for a 100-mile race in California.

Chelsea Douglas

Chelsea is an ISSA certified Head Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach at Flexx Gym in Ontario. She’s a busy mother and has a deep love of weight lifting and boxing. Her passion and commitment to her clients  and their progress are what she loves most about her job. And spending 12 hours a day in her favourite adult jungle gym is the cherry on top! In her spare time, you’ll find Chelsea walking or running with her dog and 2 year old daughter, reading, and trying out new high protein recipes.
