I first started using Northern Hydration for mixing in with my carb-heavy drink mixes for mountain bike racing, it gives me the electrolytes I need for sweaty multi-hour events. Now I'm also using Northern Hydration for on-the-go when I'm super busy at work and driving all over the GTA. It's also great for bringing along to gatherings with friends when you don't feel like alcohol or even catching up with hydration when you're playing with the kids for hours.
