Found this at my local gym and I love these drinks compared other sugar (real or artificial) filled hydration drinks. Only what your body needs and nothing more. Definitely recommend.

To the the Northern Hydration Team , your product is awesome ! Just what I was looking for. All four flavours are great tasting, but I do have a favourite. Hydration is the key to this product , I would add a little more magnesium to it . But over all it’s a really good replenishing drink ! I would recommend this product to whoever needs it a quick hydration fix .

As a professional strongwoman I always have looked for the best forms of hydration, Northern Hydration has been the all around best supplement I have tried! Doesn’t taste like artificial sweetener like all of the others and all around best ingredients!My favourite part of the day is cracking open a can!
